Not a terrible night. We managed to get about 2 hours of sleep, but that wasn't unexpected. Bobby's progressing nicely, the tubes and monitors are getting disconnected one by one. Dr Cook came bright and early this morning and reiterated that he thought the surgery went very well, other than how long it took. He thought if things go well today, we might actually go home late this afternoon, sooner than we'd expected. Gotta like that. The not so good news is that the JS Drain tube will go home with us and we'll have to tend to that for a few days. The drain is there as a precaution since they moved around so much of the internal organs, they want to make sure nothing was damaged. So far, there's no evidence of that.
More later...Juli

wow! That's all good. Glad things are going well. I know once you are both home, it's gonna feel better. Still praying for more good reports and a quick recovery.
