There's No Place Like Home

Yep, we clicked our little ruby slippers in Nashville on Sunday, and 3 days later we landed back home in Tulsa. It's great to be back, and to have this treatment behind us. Bobby is still really weary - the only downside to being home is he thinks he should be getting stuff done and gets frustrated at his lack of energy. But I keep reminding him, it will get better. We expect to have a catscan in 6 weeks to measure the success of the IL2 treatment.

I have to mention what a good job Michael did taking care of the house while we were gone. Everything was so clean (dusted, vacuumed even!) that I assumed my friends had done it, but they hadn't - they offered, but Michael insisted on doing it himself. What a great kid! However, several friends did bring by a refrigerator full of food. Thanks again Linda, Teresa, Vickey, and the Praise & Worship Community. What a blessing!

Thanks again to all of you who have been checking the blog regularly, and even irregularly. Knowing you have been thinking of us, praying for us has made a huge difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Love, Juli and Bobby

so glad to hear you are both back home in familiar and comfortable surroundings. Kudos to Michael for making the arrival back home even more special. Way to go Michael!

We miss and love you guys and will touch base soon.

May the peace of God be abundant in your lives as you live out your faith, as you so wonderfully have done.

God bless.
